Hello,

So I am trying to set up an AES connector to the AES for an app in Orchestration Designer. When trying to initiate AES connector I get the following errors from the aesconnector trace log:

04/02/2020 11:41:42:268 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.init: initing AES connector. Verbosity set at 3

04/02/2020 11:41:42:274 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.init: AES Connector Version is 07.23.08.03

04/02/2020 11:41:42:275 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.CheckObserverTimeoutSet: Observer timeout interval found: 100

04/02/2020 11:41:42:275 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.initProvider: Look for TServer config in DD application configuration (new method to 4.0)

04/02/2020 11:41:42:278 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.ConfigureFromConfigurationFile: getting provider:AVAYA#CM14#CSTA-S#AES74

04/02/2020 11:41:42:634 ERROR - CTIConnectorManager.initProvider: provider:10.134.129.98 is unavailable reason :com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: initialization failed

04/02/2020 11:41:42:643 DEBUG - ProviderMonitor: Checking:10.134.129.98 for availability

04/02/2020 11:41:42:650 DEBUG - ProviderMonitor:10.134.129.98 is null in our list, attempt to reget

04/02/2020 11:41:42:855 DEBUG - ProviderMonitor:10.134.129.98 is not available

I am looking at the src code for the error I received: https://github.com/juradoz/avayaJtapi/blob/master/jtapi-jurado/src/main/java/com/avaya/jtapi/tsapi/tsapiInterface/Tsapi.java
Method init: there are 3 parameters to be passed into this method, tlink, login and passwd.

Should I be specifying these details in any other place i.e. tsapi.pro? if so where.

[SOLVED]

Kind regards,
Tara

Hi,

Can you first check with CSTA option, in place of CSTA-S?
