Subject: Error in IVR SCESession cannot be released by the garbage collection

To whom it may concern.


We performed load testing with an Avaya IVR. All the tests ended up with memory leaks. The heap dump shows the objects related to SCESession cannot be released by the garbage collections.

Could you please help us out in identifying the root cause of the issue?

Does the app seem to work fine? Check the system out or catalina out (Tomcat) log to see if there is any exception. I need to take a look at the app's trace.log too.
