Hi Team,

I have CCXML application which makes outbound call and after call connected invoke a VXML dialog. This VXML dialog is a VXML application configured in EP which has some CAV(s). My application is not considering CAV's instead taking the default values.

Please throw some light how I can access Configurable variables in this scenario.

Hi Pavan, I found an old thread here it could be useful.

It's for OD 6.0 and EP 6.0 so I'm not sure if it fits your scenario. Anyway it contains some interesting tips and some workaround, please take a look:

Additionally, what release of EP and OD are you using ?

Since you are invoking the vxml app within CCXML, you can not use CAV. As you know, CAV can only be administered through EPM. Thus it is only for vxml app invoked by EPM directly.
