Hi There,
I have multiple application server for load balancing. Using AEP 7.1.0. I want to get the total calls landing on a single application server for a given time period. Is this report available or can it be created?

The contact summary or detail report on EPM should be able to give you that information. Also all the standard report in the system can be grouped by application.
