Hi

We experience crashes from time to time. This crash issue happens at iOS CSDK 320.1.0. Unfortunately we could not get any stack trace or any details which can be helpful. Only detail we know is it is happening always in Thread16.

The crash scenario was a bit unusual but we could replicate this scenario and crash many times. The user starts the application and ends the application by swiping up on app switcher screen. If this starting and ending is repeated 5-6 times, app crashes when start to initiates all services. We tried to get a crash report but crash happens in the CSDK and we can not see any details. Screenshot is in the attachment. We are sorry that we can not provide more helpful information.

We need at least crash stack to investigate the issue further.


Can you please provide following info ?

1) Device details

2) IOS version

3) Were you able to launch App with previous versions prior to 321.x. ?


Can you please try installing sample app or IX Avaya Client on same device ?

Hi

Unfortunately we couldnt catch any useful crash log. As soon as we got one i will share with you.
We have experienced crush with the following devices:

IPhone X - IOS version 13.3.1
IPhone 8 - IOS version 13.2.2


We did not experienced such issue with older CSDK versions

In earlier reply, you mentioned device details as :

IPhone X - IOS version 13.3.1
IPhone 8 - IOS version 13.2.2

Issue was not seen with prior to 321.x CSDK release .

Can you please following try the following till we get crash stack?

1) Can you please try installing sample app or IX client on above devices that you mentioned and check whether you are seeing same the issue ?

2) Is 321.x CSDK/ your App not crashing on IOS 12 or earlier versions ?
