we have the issue that one of the Webgateways at a customer installation trys to reach the following URL "
How can this be suppressed since the server is in an isolated network and therefore runs in timeouts? This seems to block the functionality of the Webgateway.

In order to help you please provide a more detailed description of your issue with Avaya Aura Web Gateway:

  • Was this error previously in that installation? Did it show up with a version upgrade?

  • Could you please elaborate on the AAWG functionality blocked?

  • What is the status of the AAWG server in the administration console?

  • Also, please include:

  • Which version of the SDK do you use? On which platform? (Windows, IOS, Android, Web)

  • AAWG Logs

  • SDK Logs
