Hello,
we have the issue that one of the Webgateways at a customer installation trys to reach the following URL "statistics.restcomm.com
"
How can this be suppressed since the server is in an isolated network and therefore runs in timeouts? This seems to block the functionality of the Webgateway.

Hello Dirk_Engelbart,

In order to help you please provide a more detailed description of your issue with Avaya Aura Web Gateway:

  • Was this error previously in that installation? Did it show up with a version upgrade?

  • Could you please elaborate on the AAWG functionality blocked?

  • What is the status of the AAWG server in the administration console?


    • Also, please include:

  • Which version of the SDK do you use? On which platform? (Windows, IOS, Android, Web)

  • AAWG Logs

  • SDK Logs
