Hi,

I am new for this product, and would like your help to know if below scenario is possible and how can i achieve it


When Support Staff receive call and pick it , need to open third party desktop application . (how can this be achieved, will it be possible to trigger event when call pick by support staff )

need to implement using "Workforce Optimization SDK".'

Why are you restricted to using a particular SDK? That seems like an over constrained problem. That SDK is actually related to call recording functionality. I suggest you investigate using DMCC, TSAPI or JTAPI to accomplish this task. These are all Applications Enablement Services SDKs, any one of the three can handle the task of providing an event notification of call answer.
