Hi,

We are trying to receive the ISDN Redirecting Number on the entry VDN but the information is not present in any field.

We are using an addCallListener on the VDN to look into the events to catch the ISDN Redirection. According to the document Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services page 73 this information should be available on the "V7DeviceHistoryEntry", but the V7DeviceHistoryEntry is always null.

We also tried the addCallObserver and even the RouteCallback with the same results.

The installer of the Avaya CM has collected logs that show the ISDN redirecting, so we assume the CM are receiving it.

The switch version is R016x.03.0.141.0 ( Communication Manager 6.3 ?)

Any ideas on what's wrong ? Is there the need to activate some feature on the AES for this to work?

TIA

This query will probably require more investigation than is possible in the forum. I suggest you open a technical support ticket so one of my colleagues can help you.
