Hello,
We are developing a telephony bar based on the EMC dot Net SDK. We are trying to get the logged in agent skills, using the StationAgent[0].ACDGroup, but it always returns null.

Is there a way to get this directly, from AgileSoftware.Developer.XmlStation of AgileSoftware.Developer.XmlClient, without using IDS?
