AEP 7.2.3
Two servers, primary and Auxillary. Both wont connect to admin interface (showed service unavailable).
Auxillary AEP didn't take over when issue with primary.
As I could not connect to AEP manager Web site I checked AEP tomcat catalina.out and see;

I did a;
service vpms restart
which showed;
Stopping individual components:
Stopping Tomcat.............Counter: 10. Tomcat is not running: 0
Tomcat not shut down gracefully; forceful shut down being enacted
and was able to connect to aep admin again.
These servers are in UAT but we were about to go live. This has thrown that scheduling out if failing under such small load.
Any idea why above on the AEP tomcat instance?
