How can we empty POM contact list while Campaign manager is running?

Also during agent transfer using AIC, customer mobile is not coming. Instead it is coming as Agent extension.

POM 3.1.3 provides the ability (from GUI screen and from web service) to pause a campaign, empty the contact list, and then resume the campaign.
In the POM Global Configuration, there are options for what ANI to pass on a transfer call.
The POM Campaign Configuration also includes an option on what Data to to pass in External Transfer.
