Hello
we are getting the error "video denied" with internal calls created via the JavaScript Client SDK.
This is happening as soon as the calling party is answering the call.

Setup:
Calling Party: Softphone based on JavaScript Client SDK
Answering Party: IX Workplace

We have added the following command:
call.setVideoMode(AvayaClientServices.Services.Call.VideoMode.DISABLE);

  • SDK complete logs

  • AAWG logs

  • Which is the status of the call in the described scenario? The call fails to initiate or does not have the expected behavior? Please elaborate in more detail

    Customer has switch off the VideoCodex for the networkregion.
    All working good at the moment.
