Hi,

I developed a snap-in using ClickToCall sample.

When the two party call is connected, I try to play a music to one party(agent), and collect DTMF digits from the other party(customer).

But after DTMF collected from customer side, agent side always can hear the DTMF tone when the music is completed.
I don't want agent to hear the DTMF tone.

Please advise if you have any experience on this.

Hello - The call flow described will have the DTMF heard. Can you please describe if this is a feature request for a specific deployment?

Hi Amit,

We want to have a capacity to let customer do TPIN when customer is talking with agent.

the scenario is
1,Using ClickToCall snap-in to call agent and customer
2,When need to do a TPIN, agent client send a request to Breeze
3,Make customer to input DTMF, but cannot let agent hear DTMF

Hi,
And once a service is damaged like this (failed to redeploy through Eclipse CE plugin), it will never find those resources files.

If I create a new project and put in exactly the same code, it will work.

Any thought how I can solve this problem, or I have to create a new project and manually redeploy it after that to avoid the project to be damaged ?
