I believe that one of our customers is reverse engineering the AAOD software we designed for them in order to not pay for the software source code or support. Is there anything Avaya can do to stop this or do we just lose the source code and support funds?

This is out of scope for the DevConnect team to address, and Avaya will not involve itself in licensing matters between you and your customer. Please have your own legal representatives review any customer contracts you may have with your customer, and take appropriate action.
