Hi,


We are developing a web application using Avaya cct api (Nortel) but we are facing two issues as follows -
1. We can’t access the event data but it shows data when we debug it.
2. We can’t access the ISession.ContactCenterCodeEnabled property.

Do we have any method to access it?

I'm not sure I understand your question. You should add event handlers and they will be called when the events arrive. There is some good starting material in the documentation (i.e. establish session and add handlers). There is also the RefClient in the SDK which is very complete (but a little more difficult to understand).
