Hello,

I try to deploy sample webchat JSP solution for ACCS. Both .war file deployed to the tomcat7 server, and both web.xml are modified as described in the documentation.

When I initiate an anonymous chat, it is landed on the configured chat skill, and routed to the agent, but when the agent is accepted it, nothing happened at the customer side. It shows "waiting for an agent to join..", however the status is Active

With registered user it seems works properly.



Can anyone help me to fix it?

That's very weird. There's no distinction between anonymous and registered users in relation to the Contact (i.e. after queued to the skillset). If it works with a registered user and not with an anonymous user then you'll probably need to open a [technical ticket] with us, I'm afraid, as I can't think of any reasonable hypothesis.

NB: enhanced technical support may require a membership upgrade
