Is there list available for AES JTAPI supported Avaya phones? Can you please confirm out of below which are the hard phones/soft phones supported by AES JTAPI -
-14XX Series phones
-16XX series phones
-95XX series phones
-96XX series phones
-OneX Communicator
-OneX Agent
-ContactPro
-Equinox

It's better if there is any reference on Avaya site.

If you have access to support.avaya.com, you should be able to check the Compatibility Matrix.

In case you do not, this is a SUMMARY of what I found in the matrix about compatibility between these phones and AE Services. My assumption is that compatibility with AE Services implies compatibility with TSAPI/JTAPI/DMCC:

-14XX Series phones - No (no mention of AE Service in the matrix)
-16XX series phones - Yes
-95XX series phones - No, this seems to be an IP Office phone
-96XX series phones - Yes
-OneX Communicator - Yes
-OneX Agent - No (no mention of AE Service in the matrix)
-ContactPro - I don't think this is an Avaya product
-Equinox Client - Yes

There is also a section in the AE Services Overview document which lists compatible SIP phones.
