The links pointing to the Intersystems Cache download page on the AACC DB Connectivity Drivers - upon registration - only allows download for Intersystems IRIS editions. How does one go about getting access to the Cache db drivers?

Yes, this is something of a issue. Unfortunately, the means and right to distribute the drivers is not within our control. I can only suggest you try the [InterSystems FTP] it has worked for me in the past.
