I am having an issue in AAOD v7.2.1. When I am running the application simulator to test my flow I am getting a dialog box that the avayaVXIRef has stopped working. I have seen this issue reported in the DevConnect archive, but I did not see that a resolution or cause for this issue was determined.

I am not seeing any errors in the application logs, the avb log or the Tomcat logs.

Can you advise what may be causing this dialog box to pop? Thanks.

Have you tried restarting Eclipse?

Was it working for a while and then stopped working? What Windows environment? Try to see if you can get the core dump.

Not sure if it ever worked...I inherited this environment and I am not sure if the Application Simulator was used, although I do not believe it was. Regardless, I cannot tell you if has worked prior to my attempt...it has not worked for me.

I am running the this off of a Windows 2016 Server.

I would be glad to send a core dump...can you tell me where to find it?

Thanks for getting back!

We don't support Windows servers for the design environment. You need Windows 7, 8 or 10

Ok, thanks. The issue appears to have been related to the OS...I installed AAOD on a Win10 box and am not having the issue anymore. Thanks.
