Recently we provisioned several Servers to deploy OD applications.
All these servers (Except 4 servers) point to WebLM 8.1 and are able to communicate with WebLM.

The 4 servers(that are having issues) when pointed to new WebLM server throw the error 
"License Url is invalid, or server is not up[i]"

The License Url is valid and server is definitely up and running. I pinged and accesses the WebLM Home page from the servers.

Any advise would be appreciated.

If you see the error in Runtimeconfig, you can check the console log or systemout log to see if there is any error or exception. What version is your OD?

I did not find anything useful in the console log or systemout log pertaining to the issue. I am using OD version 07.23.08.01.

The issue was something else related to a missing jar file in the tomcat Lib directory.
