Hi Experts,

If we use Social Snap-in to integrate our Social Gateway with Oceana, Will Oceana provide agent details in the response back as part of callback REST?

Please review the information in the "Callback Request" section.

As with a voice contact, the customer is not provided specific details of the agent they are interacting with in the current version of the Oceanan Social Connector API.

So there is no way to send the name of agent. I had already reviewed this document that's why I raised this query.

The present form of the API does not provide a mechanism to provide details of the agent that responded to the query.
