Dear Team,
I need to integrate my cti call control using Avaya breeze engagement call control snap in rest API , how can i use pre loaded rest API ? Or need to create collaboration environment snap in application for handle intermediate app, I confused ,can you support to develop the cti integration application?

Please refer the Avaya Engagement CallControl (ECC) SDK which has a sample application using the ECC REST APIs. Also the SDK has the REST API document. These will help you out with the questions

Also, refer the ECC snap-in reference guide to install and configure the ECC snap-in's required. Once these are deployed you can access the ECC REST APIs from outside the Breeze cluster or from a Breeze snap-in
