Hi Expert,

Can anyone advise when the JTAPI application receive Provider Shutdown event. I have checked AES log that AES didn't send the event?

should the application get new provider?

Provider Shutdown event is generated by the JTAPI Client when it looses connection with AE Services. The application must then open a new connection and re-apply any monitors that it was using.

If you search this forum for "Provider Shutdown", you will find some discussions on the causes of this and what you can do to try to limit/eliminate them.

To receive ProviderShutdown event, stop TSAPI service in AES. It will be generated after heartbeat max count reached so wait for sometime.
