We have a customer using a PC5 dialer for outbound campaigns with the agents on nailed up calls to CM. Is it possible to see call information through AES JTAPI as the calls are connected to agents?
In particular, we want to be able to see dialled number together with the Elite Agent-Id or extn number

Hi Colin,

If AES is there then you can get dialed number and agent extension from the JTAPI call. What you will not receive is agent id , for that you need to use PC API.
