I created an application to enable Agent to Login a station and change his status [ Auto in, ACW, AUX ]
I want to know how many licensee my application uses. is it one DMCC license and One Tcapi license ?

kindly find below steps explains how my application works.

1- Open Session.
2- Register 3rd party device.
3- Set Agent State to this device.
4- End Session.

I also wonder if my application would release license used after ending the sessions.

There is no such thing as "Register 3rd party device" and there is no need, in this instance, to "Register 1st party device". I guess you mean "Get 3rd party Device ID".

In this case, what you propose would not require any AE Services licenses.
