I used jtapi function setPrivileges(xml) before that i have invoked requestPrivileges() but generated errors setPrivileges unexpected exception: com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: ACS Error: 121.
Can you give me some advice? Thank you.

These privileges are only available to Avaya applications. Third Party applications cannot use them.
