I have application monitor 100 VDN.

Every day 1000 calls / VDN and 150 concurrent call/ VDN

how many user licenses required .

Monitor 100 VDN will it need 10 TSAPI basic licenses ?

Presently (Aura R8) a call monitor on a VDN does not consume TSAPI licensing. The expectation is that the application would need licenses on agents to augment/complete its work. The R&D team may implement such a license at a future point int time but any details on its behavior are presently unavailable.
