Hi guys

We have a customer that requests custom functionality regarding the CCMM outbound module. Specifically they would like a delay on outbound calls so that the calls reaches the agents after 15 secs agent idle time.

Do you know of any good development houses that already knows the API's in AACC and can assist with scoping and possible development?
