If this is not the correct forum, please let me know as I can't find a dedicated forum.

I am trying to replace the AWFOS Playback search page with a more user friendly one. I have been able to sort out the search side but am having an issue when I try and call the CallPlayback page in AWFOS itself - I don't seem to be able to create the correct authorisation to login and bring up the playback screen.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, either of an SDK or advice on how to generate the appropriate authorisation to playback the recordings (they appear to be encrypted)?

I have found some details on the "AWFOS Real-time Integration API" which seems to be what I'm looking for. Has anyone any experience of using this as the documentation I have found so far is very skimpy on anything other than describing the API requests and responses?
