Hi,

I am trying to embed an image in the SMS campaign strategy using the file option. I have placed the image file in the same server as POM and have tried multiple formats for the image but none work. The POMEmbedImage tag is passed as text in the SMS , there is no image embedded. Does anyone know what format the image needs to be in and what the fomat for the file path is? The documentation on this is very sparse and I cannot find any relevant forums/discussions.

It's my understanding that sending images in a SMS with POM is not currently supported.

The below document seems to suggest otherwise.

The embed image option is allowed in the SMS text item in the campaign strategy.
