Hello,

I am currently looking to catch the 'OnAgentReadyEvent' event using the .NET SDK. I see in the docs that these events are marked as 'Not Supported'. Is there any workaround to this without periodic polling?

I can currently catch other events- such as log-on/log-off, etc.

Thanks for any help,

Nich

the only supported events are agent login/logoff

Is there any workaround to this without periodic polling? - sorry, only polling.
Please review this PSN if you are building a solution that will use polling for agent state information.

Thanks for the response, John. That doc I'm sure will prove very helpful.

Would you happen to know if other SDK's (such as TSAPI) would support this event?

All of them behave the same in regard to agent state information - you must poll. This is a design choice Avaya product management has made relative to how the third party APIs behave.
