I am ordering the TSAPI Development Kit. I read that you require shipment of the media but because of COVID shipments are delayed. I am trying to get the software ASAP. It also mentions I can get it via an FTP download.

What information do you need that will allow me to download the TSAPI software?

The TSAPI SDK can be ordered via the DevConnect Procurement Catalog at https://www.devconnectprogram.com/catalog/offers (login required).

Once the procurement request is submitted and approved, an invoice will be generated, and once paid, the FTP information will be provided.

Please allow 1-2 business days for invoice generation.

In support ticket 33193 I was provided the SAP codes for the TSAPI development kit. I ordered the software via our distribution partner Westcon.

If I have the SAP order code is the a site I can download the software?

Unfortunately, no. Orders placed thru channel partners must be fulfilled by the channel partner/distributor. DevConnect can only handle and provide this for a order handled by our team.

Your channel partner/distributor should be able to expedite shipment.
