I have made a basic workflow that calls a person when started by a webcall and then should play an announcement and then transfer a call to an agent. But I get the following error at the forward node "cannot invoke divertTo in current state". Has anyone encountered this error.

Is the call disconnected before the forward call? Please check the logs for additional details. This error happens mostly when there is no call when forward call is invoked.
