Subject: Get all incoming calls on a huntgroup through API or All Calls on the system

Hi,

We are using IPOffice 10+ (we can upgrade to 11.1 if needed).

We are looking for a way through any API to know every incoming call on a huntgroup. The best way for example would be for us to query an API with a group number and get back all "calls+status" currently on this group (incoming, in progress, etc.).

(We can also subscribe to an API with the group number, and get notified with events BUT events for the whole group and not only phone user's events).

Does anyone have an idea of how to do it and with which Avaya API please ?
