i just tried to delete Skills from an agent.

whilst editing skills or adding them all went fine. for trial i used the "SMS Interactive Test" passing this fields to an agent:

SN[1]=5|SN[2]=4

but what am i supposed to pass to delete a skill from an agent?
tried:

SN[1]=|SN[2]=4

SN[1]=' '|SN[2]=4

SN[1]=" "|SN[2]=4

SN[1]= |SN[2]=4

SN[1]=0|SN[2]=4

and supposedly some others i cant remember, but nothing works, i get either "out of range", "cannot be blank" or "must be all digits"

any help would be greatly appreciated.

try to clear the skill level at the same time

thanks for the reply, i also already figured that out a few hours ago, but anyway, great to have the information here for future reference.

BTW:
i needed to set the value to a space:

SN[1]= |SL[1]= |.....
