Hello,

I have an OD application as POM application. Using this application to detect Answer Human and Answer Machine call with POM's completion code.

I am getting an issue to detect Answer Machine, For Answer Machine calls, it is detecting Answer Human first and then detecting Answer Machine and with this, it is adding 2 records for the same phone. can you tell me how can I handle this situation?

Is this a custom app or package app? I am not sure how this is implemented. Or maybe provide the app trace logs?
