Hi, Sometimes I get this exception when I try to login some agents (with SetAgentState):

Is there any way to get more information about this issue? I can't figure out what is happening.

If, with the same session I try to login another agent, sometimes works. I tried to logout the agent before login with the same results.

start with the easiest thing and work toward complex.

1) at the SAT check to see fi the agent is already logged in (list agents xxx)
2) can you login the agent in from the station that you are trying to do it via CTI
3) are you seeing any denial events at the point in time that you login (SAT: display events)
4) now it gets more difficult, so first prune the tree of the obvious
4a) use MST (ASAI events) or tsapi tracing to see more of the exchange with CM/AES.
