Hi everybody.
I have something strange in my POM Monitor.
I add new user with role: Pom Administrator, Pom Supervisor, Pom reporting. When i log in to POM in monitor i didn't see any active agents.
If I add role Administration i see them. If i copy Administration role and add it to the user i also can't see agents.
Doesn't it strange?

I'd suggest looking at the Global Configurations, Agent and supervisor configuration tick box.
If it's ticked, you just need to go into Agent Configuration, Add Agents, then Agent Groups and add agents to Groups, then Supervisor and assign Agent Groups to Supervisors. Check the online help and User Guides for additional information.
