I am trying to implement email handling in a custom desktop application (in C#) with CCMM.AgentWebServices - AgentEmailWS service.
The reply and reply all methods does not have a address list parameter. What if agent want to reply to an email, but also want to add a new address?
The forward method can get an address list, but then AACC will handling this as a forwarded mail not a reply.

In AAAD, agent has the option to add additional email addresses. How can this be achieved in a custom application?
