We have AES Agent Application running on below platform:

Avaya Aura 8.1
ACR 15.1
AEP 7.1

This application is running fine without any issues. But ACR is upgraded to ACR15.2 and Agent Application start getting Redirect Event instead of newCall

With ACR 15.1 or if ACR 15.2 services turned off.
OnDeliveredEvent >>> OnDeliveredEvent - EventCause:newCall

With ACR 15.2
OnDeliveredEvent >>> OnDeliveredEvent - EventCause:redirected

Can you please confirm why the Event cause is changing. Is this an architectural change and working as design. Or is it some sort of bug that needs to be handled.

Have you opened a support request with Avaya Client services? I strongly suggest doing so.

Have you collected an AES csta trace and verified there is no change in what AES is sending ACR?

Things like this shouldn't change from release to release unless it was determined that the operation was never working properly (which I don't perceive to be the case from your post).

Yes I have opened the SR and waiting their response. Hope I may get the answer soon.
