Hello,
First my apologies if this is the wrong board. First time here.

My company is using Avaya One-X Communicator

I would like to write a custom built in-house application written in Visual Basic
to automatically receive the incoming phone number .

Is there a way to do this ? If yes , which API or SDK should be used ?

Thanks per advance

Hi,

You can build custom application using Avaya Client SDK.
The following links provides you all resources (sample app, programming apis,) that will help you to develop custom application using Avaya Client SDK.

@Vaibhao
Thank you very much for the links.
I started to have a look.

I would to know if someone has successfuly used HeadsetInterface.dll ( the headset api with avaya one-x communicator )
with a scripting language like VBA ( Visual Basic for Applications) or VB6 (Visual basic 6).

Is there any sample code using the HeadsetInterface Api to share with me?

Thanks per advance

Hi Aklougbo,

I think you need to connect with different forum to get answers to your query regarding One-X communicator. Here we are addressing queries related to Avaya CLIENT SDK.

I quickly ran through devconnect resources to check if I can provider any pointers related to HeadsetInterface Api. You can refer below for more information if that helps.
