All,
is there a way to define the Quality of Services within the JS CSDK?
Or is that an option that must be defined within the Webgateway?

Hello Dirk,

JSCSDK client have buildin Quality Service. It has public interface you could use - call.getServiceQualityScore(). For more quality information you could also use getAudioDetails(), and getVideoDetails().

thanks for your feedback - is there a way to define / set the QoS within the SCDK - or can we set this on the PC / Browser level?

Hello Arturas,
we have taken some Wireshark Traces - see attachement

As we can see the traffic from the AAMS to the CSDK Client is tagged with 46 - QoS Enabled
But traffic from the CSDK Client to the AAMS is not tagged, so QoS not enabled

Any hint how to enable QoS from CSDK Client to the AAMS?

This kind of service is not supported by JS CSDK.
