We want to develop small webapp to present RT data.
From many laptops the sample apps and RTDTEST_ntw.exe is connects successfully to the ACCS server, but when we try to deploy it to win2016 or win2019 server I always got General login failure (Return Codes =60009,0)

In the logs I saw

NBosa_MsgCreateEP AFTER Connect == SOCKET_ERROR WinsockError

It seems something block to create socket.
There is no firewall between the 2 servers, as I wrote from many laptops the connection is OK.

Here is the generated log (dont know why, but logs is not generated on every PC just only one of the server)

Any suggestion how to fix that connection issue ?

It's my bad...

Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable 2013 was missing.
