Hi, I am having issue getting dialog designer license from SMGR, when i pressed Verify button in the License Server Page, i see the following error "Access to <SMGR IP Address> was denied. You dont have authorization to view this page".

The License URL used is https://<smgr ip address>:52233/WebLM/LicenseServer.

I have also installed the smgr certificate in the certificates section of runtimeconfig.

Does anyone have any idea how i can resolve this issue? Is the resolution to be done on SMGR side or Web Server side (hosting tomcat with runtimeconfig)

Figured out the issue, had to copy trustedcert.properties into the main folder of Tomcat (Same Level as lib and webapps folder). The License URL is correct but the file is missing at said location.
