Dears, We have 2 environments as UAT & Production. If we use http://.. URL in EPMS to call OD application from external Appserver, then AIC screen pop up value is coming to AIC interaction Center client. If we use https://.. URL in EPMS , then in Production, AIC screen pop up value is not coming to AIC interaction Center client. but in UAT it is working fine for both http & https URLs. We checked with Avaya support and they told to check here in DevConnect. Please suggest.
Softwares: AIX 7.2, OD 7.0.1, EPMS 7.2.3 , MPP 7.2.0.0.1117, AIC 7.3.6, IBMWAS 8.5.5.16, JDK 1.8.

All you need is to have the proper SSL certificate installed. What error are you having?

I am not getting any error in the EPMS/MPP or Appserver logs. The icconnector application does not write any logs with eduid for bad call. If we use http url, icconnector is writing logs with eduid on both start and end of call.

If you don't see any log in ICConnector, it may not get the request from the app. What do you see in the app trace.log?

In app trace, I can see all logs related AIC custom values before transferring. These values will be displayed in AIC client screen pop and no exception written. Another thing is, the same application is working in UAT. In production only, neither writing iconnector logs(means No eduid) Nor displaying AIC screen values.

I would have to see some logs or error; otherwise I have no idea.

There is no trace of the call in the app trace.log. The call didn't even get there I suspect.

Yes. You are right. For bad call, there is no eduid created and not writing anything in icconnector log.
But please note that , with same setup, it is working in UAT environment. which Means, writing eduid in iccconnector logs and displaying custom info in AIC client screen.

You would have to fix the connection between EP and the app on the app server. The call didn't show on the app server at all.

Please suggest me what kind of fix required. As I mentioned already, same application is working in UAT. Only in production, it is not working.

First you need to look in the EP log to see if it is able to talk to the app server and fetch some vxml like the Start url. There should be some kind of error there. We need to identify the problem first.

All these EPMS and MPP logs are already shared to Avaya support. They replied no issues in that. From application side also, no issues in appserver logs.
Please share the steps/location to take logs, if need latest logs to analyze.

If Avaya Support has all your logs, they should deal with me if they have question about OD. This is not something we can deal with on the forum.

I have informed Avaya support about this. Waiting for their reply.
