Hello,

We are seeing errors about an IVR application in our log viewer. The code performs properly, but frequently there are HTTP connection aborted errors that occur within different modules. These errors have occurred at different places inside of different modules but always after a prompt or a menu prompt.

the error messages are:
QSESM00070: Application errors occurred for an application
PAVB_00226: HTTP connection aborted

I have attached a picture of the errors from the Log Report and also a picture of the contact details of an example call wherein this error occurred.

Thank you!

These screenshots don't tell much. I would need to take a look at the app trace.log and see if there is any error with the application on the app server side.

Hello,
Here is an example application trace. According to the Log Report the above mentioned errors occurred during the call, however I couldn't find any errors in the application trace itself.

I don't see any problem in this log. You have to provide something that is relevant to the errors that you see.

Please let me know which logs can be relevant to the error and I will provide them.

You need to provide the logs in the app trace.log that match the time of the error.

Here are all the logs I could find for an example call with this error including the error in the log viewer, the contact details trace and the app trace log. All are with the same time and same session id as seen in the error message

I am seeing a big time gap here. Not sure what happens without the vxml in the log. It would help if you enable the vxml log. Also by looking at the voice browser log would help to see what is browser is trying fetch from the app server at that point. It could be the app server connection times out. It is a timeout you can configure on Tomcat.

I can't see any error in these new files. I have to start with an error and then do the trace. Also, the trace.log does not have vxml.
