can any one help me here.

I have made a OD script that took 4 digits input variable as string (from 0000 to 9999 with # as termination string) that but need to build a logic for stop accepting * and # ( from dtmf dial pad),

All working fine but if we dial 99**# or **12# then it also accept SO in first Four digits * and # have to be stopped and stop * in all cases, please help to guide me.

You posted in wrong forum for OD questions.

Have you tried grammar file using built-in , set Type to digits and 4 in Exact length field?
I have used that before for account number and only allows 0-9 digits, if I try to add # or * it gets nomatch and asks again.

You can also add an ITEM object to refine DTMF settings for the capture.
