Our internal Dev team is currently working on a DMCC-SDK-based application for a certain client. The application is similar to a softphone that will be embedded to the client’s homegrown CRM. We are having issues making it work because the sample application included in the SDK package is kinda old and only works for IE browser which is already EOL and the client’s CRM works with Chrome

Does Avaya have a newer version of this sample app that works with Chrome?

Are you are talking about the JScript sample? If so, this relies on ActiveX so only ever worked with IE.

DMCC JScript is no longer maintained and I don't think it is supported.

I can't tell what's the difference between these two from the description. Looks like .NET is also able to run not only on Windows?

I then tried to download both .NET and .NET core, then I got:

dotnet-sdk-3.1.404-win-x64.exe for .NET Core SDK

dotnet-sdk-5.0.100-win-x64.exe for .NET SDK

This is weird again, why .NET Core SDK is just like an old version of .NET SDK?

I am sorry, I do not understand what you are asking here. Can you elaborate?
