We have an AAEP application which is sending custom parameter to AACC such as customer ID and Agent id in the field AVP_CUSTOMERID and AVP_AGENT. we need to have the call routed to the Agent which is mentioned in AVP_AGENT field being sent by Application as an intrinsic

The Value of AVP_AGENT will be a dynamic value. We have tried getintrinsicbyname Web service but the call routing is not happening.

Can anyone suggest how we can have this achieved.
